Seriously.

You have lots of room to improve. It seems like you need a better memo system since memo took you over 3 minutes and you still had lots of pauses. Keep practicing and you could drop 2 minutes pretty easily.

Thanks! I use an Orientatation-Permutation method for corners, and M2 for edges. I think if I learn Old Pochmann or something like that, I could get faster. Currently my memo system is:
Orientation: C or A for cw or ccw rotation
Permutation: tapping (visual)
Edges: Letter pairs

And this isn't really a good solve for me, a good solve would be around 4:30.
