Try cutting down some rotations, I didn't see exactly how many where avoidable, but it looks like there are too many of them. Also you PLLs should be faster.
Your slow turning is pretty nice, keep doing that

L(URy)U'R'F'RU'R' saves 3 moves and doesn't really have rotations the way I do it

Or LdRU'R'F'RU'R' where the d move actually does something and isn't just an excuse for a rotations.
