I would like it if Russian athletes can compete under a neutral flag. Like sanctioning speedcubing competitions isn't going to make Putin reconsider his war. Until then, I guess we have multiple records existing at once.
That said he can undoubtedly get just a good a time in an official WCA comp somewhere else.
