I'm making a seperate thread for 2x2 (my best event) just like @NebraskanSpeedsolver did with 7x7, I think I'm capable enough to do this at my next 2x2 comp

The problem is there are no future comps holding 2x2 in my area that have open registration, so I'm gonna have to wait a little before it opens again

In the meantime I'm practing 2x2 (not forgetting about my other events like 5x5 and 3bld) to get better and bring my pr avg down from 2.02 (3rd sub 2 fail in comp)

I'm gonna finish learning eg-2, get comfortable with it, and see where I go from there. I also need to relearn one of the eg-1 cases for some reason

Out of the 10000 solves I've done in this session (+ many more that I've deleted) my best times were:

0.39 single (2 times)
0.78 mo3 (also 2 times)
0.83 ao5 (also 2 times, look at image below)
1.06 ao12 (also 2 times, right next to each other)
1.24 ao25 (also 2 times, right next to each other)
1.32 ao50 (only 1 time)
1.38 ao100 (18 consecutive times)
1.64 ao1000 (20 consecutive times)
And the full ao10000 is 2.35! (started when I avged high 2)

I believe you. You are a very fast 2x2er. Also, aside from a DNF, there is no solve in this ao100 that is worse than sub 2, so applauds to you. I think you are 100% solidly faster than me, and it’ll be that way for a while since I am working on compsims for the next couple days for 2x2 and other nervey events

You know what…if you’re racing to SR, Imma race to NYSR as well (not officially, since i don’t live in NY), but i think that i can be capable of these times if i practice on nerves and getting good scrambles (i also average 1.6 at home). Also I’m not grinding for MDSR since I’m not that committed to 2x2 to get a 1.22 average
