Road to NR for skewb | AO12 UNDER NR WITH INSPECTION

I learnt full NS but I forgot it and now I'm trying to relearn it, I forgot little, I think around 30-50 cases. When I knew it while I was averaging 4-5 seconds but now around 4-7 seconds. I'm fifth in Romania for average where I got at the finals for Romanian National Championship with 4.41 seconds. The national record for average is 2.80 seconds and single is 1.33 seconds. I would want to get NR this year. What are some tips for 1-look skewb, like how exactly should I practice and how much and also some tips for first layer.

This solve had the first layer done and I know full NS so I didn't think at all cause it's just a NS alg, and also is better to start 1-looking early cause is the same thing as if you would later, and I am almost sub 4 seconds so I don't really have anything to work on

Yeah I guess so, but make sure your recognition is somewhat decent
 
What is happening, I'm finally global sub 5 seconds with an ao1000 of 4.96, and an average of 100 solves of 4.41 seconds with so many 1s and 2s, literally one month ago my PB ao12 was slower than this ao100.

And also from 300 solves from today, I got 3 scrambles with the first layer done (and DNF one of them) ):

If you mean after sarah's advanced, then NS is the next step, but if you mean after NS, I don't know much, but I know about eg-2, which is like eg-2 from 2x2, and Tcll which you make the layer but with 1 twisted corners, which has, I think, over 1000 algs (and I think nobody knows full Tcll).

How many people do TCLL and EG-2 on the skewb?
