Quest for Sub-8 with ZZ [Week 2]

As the title states my goal is Sub-8 with ZZ, which is my main method (inspiration from @PetrusQuber ) At time of writing I am sub-20, know most COLL cases (need to learn L cases and a few Sune cases)
Goal by the end of week 1:
All COLL cases (except for 4 Sune and 4 anti sunes)
consistent sub-17
EOCross In under 13 moves
Higher F2L TPS
Goal by the end of week 1: All COLL cases (except for 4 Sune and 4 anti sunes) consistent sub-17 EOCross In under 13 moves Higher F2L TPS Update 1:Nearly done with COLL need about 3 more L cases and ill be done, also have been working on EOCross efficiency
Goal by end of week 2: Start learning T ZBLL, Try for sub-17, and work on lookahead
Quick update:
Just started slowing down TPS, this has made my solves smoother and better lookahead. This slower TPS has also made my solves better, I will probably keep this slower TPS until more speed is required
Update 2:
Just reached sub-17! also been getting some sub-15 times.
Week 3 goal:
Working on ZBLL, lookahead and fingertricks (regripless zzf2l) and ive also been reducing times to sub-16 but not there yet

If you have any tips, tricks or any of your quest for sub-8 ZZ feel free to leave them here

Reconstructed solve of the week #1
very inefficient, even for me, gotta get my EOCross movecount down, finish COLL and go onto ZBLL, and look for better f2l solutions
any other critiques?

U2 F D' B' D B D2 L' D R U2 L2 D // EOCross - U2 F' R' B R B' L D' L U2 L D2 is the same EO(a little more fingertrickable), but a much better Cross. It also preserves the first pair

L' U2 L U L' U' L // 1st Pair - I'm going off of your EOCross, good solution for that F2L pair, but I probably would've gone with the RYB: R U' R' U R U' R'

U' R U' R' U R U' R' // 2nd Pair - I would've gone with that same pair and done the same solution

U L U L' U L U' L' // 3rd Pair - I would've gone with that pair also. I solve it differently, but yours is also good

R' U R U' R' U' R // 4th Pair - Good solution

R U R' U R U2 R' // OCLL - Can't complain there lol

R2 u R' U R' U' R u' R2 y' R' U R // PLL - imo this G-Perm sucks. It has multiple wide moves and a rotation. I use this alg: R2 U R' U R' U' R U' R2 U' D R' U R D' If done right, it has no regrips

U' // AUF - I prefer U U U ;)

Also, something cool: x2 U2 F' R' B R B' L D' L U2 L U2 L U L' D2 R' U2 R Gives you an EOXCross+1 in not many more moves than your EOCross lol

EOCross: Here's my 9 move solution: z2 B' R2 F' D2 R' L D R2 D2
First pair: I would've done R U' R' U R U' R', but what you did was just as good.
Second pair: L U2 L' U2 L U' L' is probably better because you reduce F2L to RU but what you did was fine
Third pair: Perfect
Last slot: Also perfect
Last layer: Sune was obviously the thing to do, I find the RUD G-perm better.

I did:
x' z2 U' B2 (with thumb on U) D // 3 move EO
D L' D R' L2 D' // Cross
U R U2 R' L U' L' // 1st Pair
U2 L' U2 L U L' U' L // 2nd Pair
R U' R' U2 R U' R' // 3rd Pair
U2 R' U R U' R' U R // 4th Pair
U' Rw U R' U' Rw' F R F' // OLL
U2 F' U' F R2 Uw R' U R U' R Uw' R2 // PLL
got a 10.99

Critique of your solve:
x2
U2 F D' B' D B D2 L' D R U2 L2 D // EO-Cross
EO-Cross is heavily improvable
please don't do U2 L2 D to finish cross but keep it 2-gen instead

L' U2 L U L' U' L // 1st Pair
better: L U L' // idk why nobody would've done this but ok

U' R U' R' U R U' R' // 2nd Pair
honestly a terrible pair you chose, all remaining f2l pieces are in U and F so you should've seen green/orange and cancel into it

U L U L' U L U' L' // 3rd Pair
good

R' U R U' R' U' R // 4th Pair
good

R U R' U R U2 R' // OLL
I like to preserve blocks but sune is always good
or niklas to solve corners

R2 u R' U R' U' R u' R2 y' R' U R // PLL
bad alg, learn the RUD
