Problem with GAN 356XS tension slipping

I've had the GAN 356 XS for about a week and notice the tension changing within a day of several solves.

I reset it but the same happens again.
I have it on the tightest setting but sometimes the tension is a few clicks of, and other times the blue piece has moved from 1 to 3 on one of them.
I have only adjusted it counterclockwise as per the instructions. It appeared to be untouched when I opened it.

Has anyone run into this? I guess it's a defective cube.

Probably defective :(. Can you get a replacement from your store?

Yes, they are good about replacing or refunding if anything is wrong. I was just wondering if it was a widespread problem or I just got a rare defect.
I like it other than this. The grip has gotten better but can't keep changing the tension.
Thanks!

I re-tensioned it again since posting and it hasn't seemed to slip.

I'm going out on a limb and guessing that it may have been the factory lube causing it to slip. May have had too much and now has worn off.
Can't confirm but it seems to be doing ok now, consistant corner cutting maintaining stability and ease.
