printable solution?

i need help with some cube like a good printable ssq1 solution for the sq1 i used this one http://www.cubezone.be/square1.html Also dose any one know of a very good printable oll and pll solutions I always get confused on witch way to turn the cube for X,Y,Z rotations. Also I need one for learning the edge flip parody for 4x4.

For the x,y,z part. Google Rubik's Cube, then on the page theres a part about cube notation.
And the edge flip thing, r2 B2 U2 l U2 r' U2 F2 r' F2 l2 B2 R2 ... I think

X= turns the same as R
Y= Turns the same as U
Z= Turns the same as F
