One step stop solve?

I'm pretty sure it's has nothing to do with a method. If you did an intuitive F2L, while listening to a metronome, and turning at every beat, that would be one step stop. Try setting a metronome to 60 and turning only once per beat, every time you turn too many times or mess up you have to re-scramble and try again. Here's a link for an online metronome, http://www.metronomeonline.com/. It's basically a way to slow you down and get you better at look ahead.

Sorry, if I didn't make that clear. "one step stop", just means going slowly and looking ahead. Time doesnt matter, fluency and no-pauses do.
