O20R Is a method i made while tryimg to sleep.

It's a method that you use when you have a dot case.

It stands for
-OLL
-20
-Reduction

So basically you force it into OLL 20 and solve it. Trust me, its even dumber than it sounds

This method has an advanced version where you can learn different OLL20 algs to skip step 3, (Permutation of the edges) but nobody here has enough free time for that.

Funny, thought of something like that like a year ago lol. It was slightly different though, not just when you have a dot case, but also when you have bad OLL cases that is for example just F R U R' U' F' away from OLL20. I now think it's better to do EO ZBLL for those cases though. That's what I do now for 2 bad OLLs. Reason is that OLL20 'PLL' algs are generally worse than ZBLLS

I call this set anti-PLL and if I'm about to get a dot case I use WV/SV to orient the corners. It's a neat trick but yeah the algorithms are terrible. I don't think it was worth the time and effort to learn.

Here's a Reddit thread with the same idea from 8 years ago:
IMO forcing OLL20 after F2L is complete is never worth it, but if you already know Winter/Summer Variation it can help
