I personally think it’s annoying to see 100 threads of random NRs. So, much like the high ranking times thread, I think there should be a uniform NR thread so the forums don’t get spammed.

I agree, there is the same issue faced on the WCA forum,

where we have tried to not allow NRs to be announced unless they are < WR10 or < WR100.
