New Diansheng 3x3 speed cube

I have only seen these on Taobao, whether we will end up seeing them for sale at places like Cubezz, Champion's, etc, I'm not sure.

I think the name for it is Zhan Tian since that is what is written on the box, strangely CCTV (which is a Chinese news television channel: http://english.cctv.com/) is also written on the box.

Nice. The proportions and shapes of the stickers are a little off.
While the latest cubes share many similarities, this cube reminds me of the GAN357 in particular.

no reason to assume this will be a bad cube, branding shouldn't be involved (we can look at shengshou and the fangyuan to see the improvement). the design looks nice, the biggest flaw would most likely be some crazy flexibility and instability with all those tracks. Looking at the stickerless corner stalk it looks like it may also have the same issue the thunderclap V1 has in that it kinda frays and doesn't stay together well. other than that seems like a great budget cube hopefully

Looks very interesting, excited to add a new brand to my speedcube collection, may have to glue those stocks though if they have an issue with coming apart.

That's what I was thinking as well. Makes it look a little goofy. Also there's something about the big pillowy pieces that evokes the Shuangren. Would be kinda cool if it was an uber-light and swishy 3x3 like the Shuangren. Haven't had anything like that in a while as I recall.
