My MoYu AI Cube is not working.

My MoYu AI cube says it is charged when I put it on the charger (both lights are bright green) but it does not appear when Cubeast is searching for it. I have tried resetting it and it still will not connect.

Note: this is not the MoYu Weilong v10/11 AI cube or the Super AoLong AI cubes

UPDATE: It has been charging for like 30-60 minutes and the left light on the charger is blinking very quickly.
Still won't connect after 60 minutes of charge.

Is your phone's Bluetooth on?

it was just that i left it on low battery/dead for like a year so it broke some of the electronics.

Sorry to say this. This cube, the first ever Moyu AI cube, was quite flimsy. I had bought three, one after another, but they all died in time, though it was really nice initially. Two had a similar problem as yours, and could not be charged after left alone, and the other one was totally dead after charging failed The charging circuit and the USB connector on the charger both were not built to last. Moyu never provided any update or assistance, hardware or software for this cube.

it seems that support, at least the free version, was also withdrawn by Cubeast for this cube. I had tried to set up a new account but it did not work for me either. That was however a few years now. I have switched to Gan smartcubes since because the hardware and software quality and software updates are both better, and they w ork well with the Gan Robot. It seems the cube makers are not interested in common platforms or supporting Cubeast, which is a great pity. They seem to make it as hard as possible for independent software makers to connect their cubes, by hiding their IP or other ID/signature. It's about protection and proprietary software or hardware products unfortunately.
