You should probably take it appear and put it back together to fix it.

Is it almost unturnable? I had the same problem with a Moyu 4x4 a few weeks ago. The problem are the center pieces, I fixed it by rotating a center 90 degrees. You can do it disassembling a half of the cube or even less if you take care.
