Should I wait to get this, or get the 13x13? Or will the 13x13 reduce in price because this comes out and wait till then to get the 13x13? I want a cube that's bigger than 7x7, and I am saving up for it right now, but just can't decide on this dilemma.

lol the problem with huge cubes is that you play with them a bit for a few days and then they just sit on your shelf and are barely used after that. I have an 8x8 and nothing higher and I think if I got something bigger it would be a huge waste of money- even the 8x8 I rarely solve.
I rarely solve 7x7, so yeah
I feel like 8x8 would just be more fun though

Big is always better so get the 15x15x15. However you don't need to decide right now. Wait until it comes out and see how well it turns. Then check to see if 13x13x13 prices have come down. Then make your final decision. Assuming the 13x13x13 price doesn't fall too much and the quality is good I can't personally think of any reason someone would choose a 13x13x13 over a 15x15x15. If I remember correctly MoYu's plans are for cubes ranging from 12x12x12 to 15x15x15 so there might never be a usable / affordable / mass produced cube bigger than a 15x15x15.
As for pride the 15x15x15 easily out ranks a 13x13x13.

I have been analysing the 15x15x15 drawings and I think they give a clue to the cubie size. I am assuming the screws and spider will be virtually identical to the 13x13x13's which would cause problems if the cubies are to be smaller. In the drawings though instead of the arm continuing at the same thickness into the cap it becomes thinner. This thinness is approx 0.72 x the lower arm section which I believe means the 15x15x15 cubies are 0.72 x the thickness of the 13x13x13 cubies. The 13x13x13 cubies were 7mm giving a cubie width of 5mm on the 15x15x15.... probably.
