I have just made my X-Man Wingy v1 Skewb maglev by putting in some moyu maglev magnet rings. They fit in just fine, but I had to remove some plastics on 4 of the corner caps and glue the caps back on it which means that I had to get the tensions right before gluing them on it. After tensioning, lubricating the puzzle and the magnet rings, it turns amazing. It was originally very smooth but slow, so maglev definitely helps a lot. Just like how the tornado v3 pioneer corner cuts better than the tornado v3 flagship, my X-Man Wingy v1 Skewb Maglev pretty much conner cuts as good as the gan enhanced, which is much better than how it was. It is quite fast now but still isn't as fast as the GAN Enhanced Skewb. I also find the GAN Enhanced Skewb to be slightly more stable so everything just balanced out and work well. I prefer it over the moyu aoyan M, RS maglev and the cyclone boys magnetic skewb so it has now became my backup main as I still prefer the GAN Enhanced over my X-Man Wingy v1 Skewb maglev but that's pretty close.

As I have done some solves on both of them, I found that I actually performs better on my X-Man Wingy v1 Skewb Maglev after breaking in than the GAN Enhanced. My issue with the GAN Enhanced is that it is too loose for me even on tightest tensions and highest compressions. Also after getting use to the wingy, I had few cube drops on the gan as the shape and the plastic makes the gan not as grippy as my X-Man Wingy v1 Skewb Maglev. Surprisingly, I think my X-Man Wingy v1 Skewb Maglev has pretty much become my main over the gan enhanced.
