Hey I've been cubing for a while now (7 years) and it's time I finally made a progression thread. I'm sure I had another one at some point but the KB in White KB was too short for the XenForo search results and White is too generic lol. Since I just came back from a 5-month hiatus, I'm going to make a progression thread to become the FASTEST CUBRE IN NEBRASKA by Kinch!!! (Closest achieved: 2nd, current position: 5th I think)

Today is August 21, 2024.
I'm doing Squan and currently I know:
  1. basic cubeshape
  2. 1c, R2, weird M2, opp/adj, adj/opp from CO (that means I have 3c to learn)
  3. M2 and the Ls from EO (that means I have 1e, 3e, adj/opp, opp/adj to learn)
  4. full CP (adj/adj, adj/opp, opp/adj, opp/none, none/opp, adj/none, none/adj, opp/opp)
  5. Ua perm, Ub perm, Z perm, H perm, adj parity, opp parity, M2 U2 M2 U2, adj/adj (that means I have O+ parity, O- parity, W parity, opp/adj, adj/opp, and then advanced stuff like Ua/H, Z/Ub, etc. to learn)
I really want to learn scallop-kite because currently my cubeshape skills suck. I avg like 20-25 seconds on cubeshape and 30-45 seconds on solves right now and I want to avg sub-20 by January 1. That means a sub-20 ao1000 which would be nice. I wanna study the cubeshapes and also learn the other 10 algs I need to know before I go on to more advanced stuff like OBL and PBL. It'll take practice and I probably won't have the time for a lot of it because of work and school but I'll try to maybe fit it in depending.
