@randomcuber14 this is an issue with the page's CSS not displaying.

Try:
- Check your internet connection. Weak/slow/unstable internet can cause this issue.
- Loading other pages on the WCA Website. Does the issue persist?
- Clear your cache to overwrite any data stored in your browser. This article shows you how to clear your cache on Chrome.
- Try a different browser.
- Try using a different device.

sometimes that happens to me with other websites, reloading the tab normally fixes it for me

Either that or you don't have good internet. I think that the HTML is still functioning, which is why the links are there, but the network couldn't send all the image assets. Check your internet.
