Is 2GLL worth it?

I am Sub 23 With CFOP. But i have switched to ZZ about a week ago :# Now i average about 30 secs. Have learnt COLL as well. So, should i go for 2GLL now? Or anything else?

At sometime later than 30. I would say the benefit would really be noticeable at around 15 or faster.

Start with some of the easy cases like pure twists and T case with a U-perm in the back, because they are really nice and easy to learn (a lot are sune combos)
