I just got an FMC PB mean of 37 moves! I am competing in FMC for the first time in competition on Sunday, so I have been doing a bit more practice recently.

The solves are below:

This PB means a lot to me. The first FMC mean I ever did was on 31 March, when I got a 39.67 average. Since then, I had never been able to break it, even getting averages above 50 moves. I recently broke my PB single of 35 (which I got in this mean) with a 34, and later a 33, and I am now very happy to have beaten my first ever average as well.

I just got a 3x3 PB of 8.49!!! It had a nine move cross and a y2, but I don't care that much as I hit 6 TPS! This is my second sub-9 and twenty-eighth sub-10.

This is my first counting sub-10! The 9.54 also locked an 11.75 pb ao12, and had a 26 move last layer!

I have been doing FTO today and I really like it. I have had and known how to solve an FTO for about 4 months, but using a rubbish method equivalent to corners first on 3x3. I learned the first part of Bensisco (or however you spell it) about a month ago from Chris Choi's tutorial, and just learned how to do pair formation and TCP from Tingman's tutorial that came out today. My PBs are 1:16.80 for single and 1:35.79 for ao5, and I have no plans to stop grinding!

I decided that the best way to start today would be with some FTO solves - I've gotten a 1:20.65 ao5 and a 52.53 single!

I have a problem. I just got a 2x2 pb ao5, which is 3.28. I did the last four solves today - however, the first one way five days ago. I wouldn't mind if it was the worst solve, but it's counting, so I don't know if I should see this average as pb.

I hate when this happens lol, I always try to purposely do kinda mid after getting good solves if I’m about to finish for the day lol
