I have currently been cubing for about 1.5 years. I average 11-12 on 3x3 and im trying to finish cll for 2x2

Edit: I've actually been able to solve the cube since i was 6, which is seven years ago. I've been speedcubing for 1.5 years

makes sense. if 3x3 is your main event, then go for it. Averaging sub 10 on 3x3 will kinda make you better at other events too.
