I average around 2 min on 4x4, with my PB being 1:38. I started 4x4 2 weeks ago, after buying the YJ MGC 4x4 (i highly recomend it btw) i improved a lot.
But, I have plateaued at 2 min, and I cant seem to get past that barrier. I am trying to learn 3-2-3, but I don't understand how it really works, and I can't remember my OLL parity most of the time. I am trying to learn as much as I can, but most of the information isn't sticking.

Do any of you have any tips on 3-2-3, parity memorization, and overall 4x4 help??

Thank you.

I recommend that you still to the reduction method for me, and rely on some online tutorials to get better in edge pairing and center making.

After a while and maybe sub-1 level, its best if you explore new methods like yau, meyer and hoya.
I personally use the Hoya method officially, but I use the other 2 methods too.
