in that picture everything is solved exept the two corners, is this parity or is my cube put together wrong?

Hold the cube as shown in the picture, do r2 U2 r2 Uw2 r2 Uw2 and you get a T perm.(where r2 = Rw2 R2)

Why would I? The video is already timestamped and I already provided @n0nco with the sequence to solve it. He asked for a PLL Parity video. He did not ask for a video on solving that specific case.
