[Help Thread] How to solve the 2x2x3?

Hey!

I just got a Qiyi 2x2x3 in the mail today, but it seems that I can't solve the last layer :(:confused: I have tried a lot of different ways but can't get it. I was wondering if anyone know how to solve it or of a good video I could watch to learn.

Here are the algs that I assembled... in slides or a one page sheet.

You can solve the whole thing in 3 steps by using up to 9 "algs" (3 of them are 11 turns, but the others are 7 or fewer)
or by repetitively using just 2 algs.

Is that the fastest way I could solve it? Or are there shorter algs?

If anyone else knows how to solve it and knows a faster way then please post!

Ok...But I don't know how to solve squan lol.
CO (really corner separation, not orientation) is just getting the two square faces solved, regardless of orientation. There are only a few CP algs. You can just use these algs for it, just convert all of the coordinate point junk into Us and Ds.

Step one: Solve the white side.
Use this algorithm to help: R2 U R2 U' R2, this swaps the top and bottom corner.
step two: Permute the opposite side.
Use this algorithm to help: R2 U R2 U' R2 F2 U' F2 U F2, this swaps adjacent corners.
Step 3. Solve the middle layer.
Case 1:Two edges swap
R2 U2 R2 U2 R2 U2
case 2: 3 edges clockwise swap
R2 E R2 E'
case 3: 3 edges counterclockwise swap
R2 E' R2 E
Case 4: 2 diagonal edges swap
Do case 1 and it will be one of the other cases.
