How to make the Valk 5 faster?

The Yo setup is unlikely to make things faster, just more controllable. Lots of DNM-37 or Lunar is the way to go.
The setup just contains Yoo Lubes (DNM, Mystic, and Weight 5 on the tracks and feet)
I need to order new bottles of lube soon anyway, so maybe it's a good idea to look into.

I know what the Yoo setup is, and I have tried Yoo Cubes at comps. They are much more controllable than their non-Yoo counterparts.

It seems that after doing nearly 50 solves, it's becoming softer, and a little faster with each solve. Fastest solve on it so far is a 1:36
I once asked Anyu Zhang what he does to make his big cubes so fast
,... bcoz yknow he's real fast ...

and he said he uses lubes to slow his puzzles down 乁( •_• )ㄏ

also: WTG 1:36 (beats my PB by 0:37!'(

as a side note:
I have seen Nahm also mains the Valk 5
and the version he uses is
TheCubicle's ANGSTRÖM one from their proshop
Nahm’s Valk is lubed with Lubicle Speedy and DNM-37. Though I have seen him compete with the angstrom version.

interesting . . . didn't know TheCubicle had that product in their lineup...
. . ... . . ... . .
Full disclosure: I'm going by the info that Nahm puts in the "Description" info of his YT solves video (for least a yr or so now) and his replies to some comments...
