i keep on doing this, pls help
edit: for context, i average 16-18 seconds, and use 2 look oll + pll. My efficiency and look ahead are ok, but my rotations are kind of bad. My average movecount is 65 or 70, sometimes below.

You probably need to just turn slower to recognize things. If you are using 4LLL then you are probably turning as fast as possible for that average so you are probably not giving your brain time to learn and recognize things properly. You should slow down your turning speed a lot and focus on smooth recognition and work on learning full PLL

Even still, you should still probably slow down and focus on recognition and finish learning OLL. At least 1 a day. That will take a bit over a month to finish OLL and is extremely manageable

Update: After practicing look ahead for 2 days with jperm, I got my first sub-14 with a sune canceling into jperm. I got some 15s and 1 14. Also a pb ao5 or 16.2. I've learnt all the fish olls and the easy ones like the f(rur'u')f' and rur'u'r f r2 ... stuff. so thank you a lot!
