There are two timelines for this questions and they both may have completely different answers.

The two (or more) broad timelines for evaluating the MBLD mindset are:
1) Pre-MBLD routine - how long does it take before an attempt to be completely ready?

2) MBLD derust - this is over a longer time period where we do multiple attempts to finally get into a "good" mindset for good MBLD performance.

I understand this is a subjective query and will not have a definite answer. Even in an individual, the time to get into the MBLD mindset may vary according to various factors like mood, psychology, nerves etc.

Personally, it takes me 30 minutes to get into MBLD mindset before an attempt.
For MBLD derust, I am not sure about my mindset, I have not been successful in derusting ever.
