How fast do you guys type?

I was wondering how fast people are compared to me in typing.
I average 48 WPM, so just a tiny bit faster than the normal typist.

I did a couple of tests and I got between 65-80 WPM depending on what type of test it was. I had more difficulty with tests involving more unique characters, such as !():' and I had more WPM in tests with a random continuous string of words. So averaging that out I can probably say I have about 70 WPM.

For traditional texts (excerpt form a book, essay, etc.), my average is right around 100 WPM. Sometimes a bit over, sometimes a bit under. For simpler typing (something like texting or in-game messages), I’m roughly around 120 WPM. Not sure about my speed on my phone but it’s definitely slower

Also, I change my theme quite often, this is just what I'm on right now. (I might try 120 seconds, 50 words, and 100 words just to get a full profile soon.)
