Hey people! I'm a long-time cuber, first-time member of this site. I'm a graduate student in New York City right now, but I grew up in Massachusetts.

I started cubing over 10 years ago in middle school, but haven't been consistent that whole time. I went to 4 competitions back in the day from 2015 to 2017, with an official 3x3 PR average of 15 seconds. I considered myself sub-15 at home back then, and I'm working to get back to that point. I just relearned full CFOP and got a new PB single of 9.09 on the Ferrocore V1.

I'm excited to announce I'm attending my first comp in 9 years next weekend! I'll be at No Clocks In Greenpoint competing in 2 3 4 pyra and skewb. I'm super excited, and I've been practicing a ton.

I also love 4x4, my PB is 44. I recently learned Yau and it's super fun. I practice 2x2, skewb, pyra, mega, and FTO as well. #FTO4WCA

It's so cool to see how the speedcubing community is still growing and records are still being smashed every month even after all this time I've been away! The hardware is also amazing now, I'm loving some of the modern cubes I've ordered recently. (Qiyi M Pro Ball Core 2x2, YJ MGC 4x4, MoYu WeiLong MagLev Skewb, Dayan FTO NEO, QiYi QiHeng S2 M Megaminx)

Nice to meet you all!
-Brendan
