[Help Thread] How to do M moves like a pro

Do you mean M? M moves follow L moves, so M is Rw’ R.
M’ is much easier than M.
For M’, use ring finger to push the B sticker of DB to the D of DF

For M2, same thing as M’, but follow with middle finger push

For M, push from the D sticker of DB to the B sticker of UB

I find using middle finger to push M' more easier, I also use middle finger for M.

@PetrusQuber Just a quick note: you don't need to say "B sticker of BD" or "D sticker of BD", the first letter indicates the sticker (BD and DB are different)
So for instance:
- For M moves put your ring/middle finger on DB
- For M' moves put your ring/middle finger on BD

use your left ring finger and push from the DB edge
