Help For SEO of Rubiks Cube Timer Site

I need help with SEO for my Rubik's Cube Site, which I share the development process here and am still developing. I aim to provide a better UI to the users. you would likely get better answers asking an seo forum, but here's my 2 cents

in the past I played around with putting a timer in cubingapp.com, but I gave up because there are already many timers with strong seo. in other words it would be hard to compete

Yes, the rankings are all taken years in advance. It seems impossible to race without spending a lot of money. It's really frustrating.

Almost no web-timer site pays much attention to UI. It never updates itself, but it doesn't change either. At worst, it remains an experience for me
