Have you ever quit or took breaks from Cubing?

Back in 2020 i took a 3-4month long break. It was prob just puberty or something cuz I lost interest in everything. All I wanted to do was play fortnite 😂. I’m currently taking a break. The only thing I’m “practicing” is 7x7 but like I only do 5 solves every other day or so. I’m busy studying math for my engineering degreee. Around summer I plan to hop back to improving more. I’ll buy myself some new puzzle in May and get cracking. After I’m off to college in September, I assume that’s when I’ll put all my cubes in my room and say farewell for a bit to grinding.

Multiple times, usually for months. Because of work, stress, and wanting spending any remaining free time with family, I regularly lose interest. But I cannot imagine to stop cubing for good. I recently started to play with FTO, and I quite enjoy it, I even ordered a few new puzzles, and do a few solves as mental breaks during work.
