Cubing Update:
Pretty happy with my solves rn, I haven't been practicing much recently but I'm still averaging around the same as before. I've noticed I've gotten a lot better at nerve control in competitions recently, but I've also become kind of inconsistent throughout my solves in my averages, and I tend to always get 3 good solves but 2 bad solves. I need to figure out a way to saftey a fourth good solve so I can start getting the averages that I should be getting. Overall I'm happy though, the amount of 6's and low 7's I get in comp is a lot higher than before, and I can definitely get a low/sub 7 average soon. I won't go too in-depth with the mental strategies I've been using officially, but they definitely seem to be working.
2x2 got boring really quickly for some reason, and I'm trying to go back to 4x4, but for some reason my VIN just sucks. I'm probably going to buy the new Aosu, and I'm going to pick up a Gan 15 as well, since my Gan 12 isn't really cutting it for me anymore.
Planning on doing 3 hours of practice per day again, starting now. I'm going to focus on my LSLL, since that is kind of where my solves fall apart. I'm going to drill all of my OLL/PLL algs a lot, because I seem to lock up a lot. I also need to get better at my LS/OLL transition, and I am going to drill some more ZBLL as well.
For 4x4, I want to improve my edges, since I do pause quite a bit. My centers could also use some work.
Sub 7/30 average soon!
