I am really bad at 3x3 OH, I average around sub 40 on 3x3 two-handed but I can barely even solve a cube OH, I can't do any algs because I don't have them in muscle memory with one hand. plus, I have horrible TPS too, any tips

Couple things:

1) take a look at algdb for OH algs and then practice them
2) grab a cube and do stuff like R U R' U' over and over while watching TV or whatever. Build up muscle flexibility and strength.

Finger tricks and better OH algs. Plus practising that. This will hopefully overcome the low TPS rate with OH, meaning if you practise really hard, you can get down to sub 50 OH. Of course you still have to improve technique to get faster, but you can drill that with two handed solving. So just work on trying to turn really fast. Watch OH videos on CubeSkills.
