Keep going, good luck!

Here are somethings you could work on:

1) Learn advanced cross - Try to solve the cross in 8 moves and less and on the bottom most of the time.

2) F2L solutions - try to experiment on more efficient (or better for lookahead) and get it into your muscle memory.

And work on rotating only when necessary - e.g. Only 1 (at most 2 for specific cases) rotation for 1 pair

And using good fingertricks - e.g. D moves with your ring fingers and U2 flicks ( Also practice inserting R U R' with both thumbs on the F face )

You also can practice turning slower when solving F2L so you won't have to many big pauses.

3)Don't rotate for Oll/PLL - use U moves to adjust the face, perform the Pll, then AUF back.

Finish learning 2-look OLL

You don't have to learn full PLL yet as it is more for sub 20.

You could if you want work on your PLL recognition but it's not the most important thing to get sub 30.

Work on a few things at a time and stay motivated, I hope you get sub 30!!
