I couldn't really find any good solutions on white or yellow so I decided to look at all of the other cross colours and red has a 2x2x1 block and a free pair which you can make an easy xcross with but the solution that gives three free pairs is not the most straightforward option. Then there's also the ZB ending that is one move shorter at 37 moves and ends with a Sune ZB that I know. The ZBLS even has the potential to cancel into the ZBLL and can give a 35 move solution.i aint even warmed up bruh howd i get a 13

Maybe @precompsubwr can find something good for white or yellow that I'm not good enough to see. I found an interesting Pseudo-Slot ZBLS on yellow that gave a 40 move solution though, but it can probably be a lot better. I also found a 42 move solution on white that has another Pseudo-Slot ZBLS, though probably still not too good.
I also saw an interesting FB+SS on blue and I was able to find a 37 move Roux solution but since I don't do Roux I'm sure it's far from optimal.
I also somehow found a good solution on orange too, where the most straightforward cross gives a free pair and EO too, ending with the standard COLL as ZBLL, for 45 moves.
After checking every other cross colour I thought green wouldn't be that amazing, but it turns out no matter what cross colour you pick on this scramble you have the potential to have a really nice solution.
Overall just for move count Red and Blue are by far the best, but in terms of the best solution in ergonomics and practicality, I'm not really sure which one would be the best but there isn't really a wrong answer as long as you know the ZB.
