Also I doubt that's how you always solve that pair(3rd pair), but here's a better alg just in case- R' U2 R2 U R'.

I think I recognise this as a fake scramble from a Cubehead 'I try your scrambles' video, and this solution basically confirms this.

I knew it was fake because there is no way CSTimer generates a scramble like this. I actually found this scramble from a reddit post, not a CubeHead video. Thanks for the better solution!
