Do we need to clean the core of a GAN Cube 356M too?

Is that a bit of an overkill? Can we just use the standard silicone lube for that too?

Apart from this...is it true that GAN cubes should be taken apart and cleaned thoroughly?

All cubes should be taken apart and cleaned thoroughly, but only occasionally, so if you use the cube often, then clean it maybe every month, but if you don't use it a lot, then maybe only clean it every 2 months, it drastically improves performance.

Would you say I should pay careful attention to the different types of lubes? There seems to be 3 types and I am not sure I want to use them all. I am looking for one I can use to reduce friction and that is all for now. The MoYu V3 is what I can easily get here, but I am not even sure it is a good option.

Hi. I ended up buying MoYu V3 (no shipping fee and it was like 3 USD).
The website says it is a lubricant (https://www.moyustore.com/products/moyu-5ml-lubricating-speed-oil-for-magic-cube-type-no-3) .

I hope it is the right thing.

Btw, let me attach a photo of my cube. I used the macro photo setting and flash. So, the scratches are not really visible to the naked eyes, but they are there. I hope the MoYu V3 will make my cube last longer.
