Disasembling Alexander's Star

Does anyone know how to disasemble the Alexander's Star puzzle? I woul really like to silocone it, but i cant get it open.

Well, the mechanism is essentially the same as the Megaminx. But the puzzle itself is very poorly tooled, and you will probably break it trying to get it apart.

Your best bet is to try to wedge one of those thin silicone-spray applicator straws between pieces and spray in there.
