Different Color Scheme

Hey, I am new here, Im am from Spain. I found this forum and it is great.

Now, here is my problem, I am slightly colorblind and I have difficulties in recognizing red-orange-yellow when there are shadows or when there is not enough white light, so I was thinking on replacing ORANGE stickers with other color, I realize that I can not repeat 2 colors, so I was thinking about black por example (But it is usually where white or yellow is) or Pink, or purple, or different orange or whatever. Which color would be fine?
I am more or less sub 20 and I thought about this because I saw a friend with other color scheme in the last event, what do you think?

Purple is commonly used to replace orange actually.

I actually have a 2x2x2 with purple on that side but I dont use it too much, I will try to see if it works, actually I can distinguish purple perfectly from others (I dont know if it will mesh up with blue though) so it could be a nice option

You can use any color scheme you like, but if you have trouble distinguishing red/orange/yellow, you can try a purple, black, or pink.

You could use orange ( http://www.cubesmith.com/3x3 orange.jpg ) and hot pink ( http://www.cubesmith.com/3x3 fluorescent pink.jpg ) Then replace the yellow with black.

Replace your orange with black, and get distinctly different red and green stickers. Cubesmith is pretty awesome for this.

thanks for your responses! I've notified that the ones I have trouble are orange-yellow (when there is shadow I dont know what color they are) so I am going to try maybe black or fluo pink in the place of pink, what I dont know is if will be able to get used to using it, it would change a lot

Don't worry, with practise, you can get used to it easily.
