The rounds of this comp suck. Only 2 rounds of 5-7 and mega is torturous
I will admit 3 rounds of squan is tho

That could be 0 rounds and 0 solves of 5-7 and mega for me given the qualification times. BLD also has weird qualifying. If you have a successful 3BLD result, but none faster than 3 minutes, then you can do 4BLD, 5BLD, and multiBLD, but not 3BLD. Previous years there was just a cutoff time (slower than this year's qualification times), so slowpokes like me could at least do 2 5x5 solves and 1 6x6 and 7x7 solve. I'll try to make the qualifications for 5x5, mega, and 3BLD, but I am disappointed.

Those cutoffs just to compete are also comparable to worlds cutoffs so I think they are being quite strict

Pyra/Skewb: Don’t do something dumb
Other: Be a good staff member, take a picture with Zayn Khanani, show off some Hypercubing

Luke Garrett with 5 PRs so far, namely 6x6 (mean and single), multiblind, and 4bld and 5bld means. I find it impressive given that he already has very good results and competes so frequently.

I'm still not nemesized by him(barely), think I'll have some competition in MBLD at Great Lakes though(he got 20/20 today)
