So I've been making videos for 3 months, and I fell they are Still Bad, can someone give me some things that I can improve on my channel, like editing, or thumbnails, also which of videos do you liked out of the ones I made

And also my goal is to get to 100 subs by the end of summer, so a sub would be helpful and watching my videos, so that the algorithm knows to send it to cubers

-Your name, profile pic, and banner are clean and simple, which is great
-Especially when you first make a channel, it's really important to upload consistently. I would recommend uploading 2-3 times per week.
-It's a great idea to make YouTube shorts to grow your channel.
-Whether it's a normal video or a short, make sure that you hook the viewers onto the video from the very beginning. To keep them watching, make sure to cut out any unnecessary parts of your video or parts where it is silent for a few seconds.
-Follow trends. Find out what types of cubing videos are popular and engaging.
-Think about what you like about videos made by well-known cubing YouTubers and implement that into your videos.

I was wondering, when do you plan on posting the video about the google forms? That would be cool to watch.

Thanks, I don't think I will really be able to upload 2-3 Times per week, since most of the videos I need to record audio, and I can't always do this, because of my parents, so whenever I dfind the moment, but yea, I should at least upload once per week
About the google form, I'm sorry but I don't think it will come up this week, since in 2 days I'm leaving for 1 week, and I won't take my laptop
This is something I've done: Making Rubik's cube patterns, or countries.
I've earned subscribers by doing this, and a lot of views.
My latest video about making France on a cube got 1.3K views, and I think like 2 subscribers.
This isn't really what I want my content to be, but thanks

Ok, so I started the script for what is the average cuber, and tomorrow I go home, so I will be able to make the video finally, I think it will be out in less than a week, and I'm also thinking of maybe making some shorts, but I don't know what shorts, do you have any ideas, I don't want to do just some tiktok trends, so idk, maybe I will do a good solve and upload as a shorts, but I'm still thinking
Until then, you could subscribe, that would be helpful, and if you do so, please also watch my videos, so the a algorithm know to give my videos to cubers

Maybe you could do a short on how to fingertrick a skewb sledge or something, as that will get more and more views over time, rather than just the boost youtube gives you, as people would search that and your video might come up.

My favorite kinds of shorts are the ones that show advanced F2L tricks.

Maybe I should do like a weekly tips shorts?
Like monday tip, and I do it for every event, PR maybe I do for every event, from beginner to expert?
a weekly tip actually sounds like a genuinely great idea imo. helps keep viewers engaged + it also generates interest for the next video.

Should I name it weekly tips, or monday/saturday tips, If second, then what dat of the week nobody did it, since cubehead did tuesday tips, and I think sunday tips is already, so which one?
whatever you feel comfortable with. make sure to spruce your title up, make it unique. eg - CubeLite's (insert title) of The Day (maybe like give a case to find the most optimal solution every week, solve it the next, or it's tipwise, like for example you finish your short by making a move and asking viewers to guess what the next tip might be although thinking back it seems sorta weird but it's up to your discretion)

I though like do every week a tip for a different wca event, and maybe start with beginner, after I do every event, then I do intermediate, and so on until expert, and I think that is a really good idea, like I could mention at the end, what event I will do for the next short or something like this, thanks

Yeah, and to grab viewers’ attention, you should make the title stand out. Something along the lines of "You're doing this F2L case wrong!" or "99% of cubers do this F2L case wrong!"
If you would like, next to the title (in parentheses) you can say (Cubelite's F2L case of the day #1) or something like that.

The best YouTubers make their YouTube shorts very catchy from the first second. To hook your audience, quickly zoom out of your cube or something to grab their attention before they can swipe.

Notice the quick zoom-out. You don't have to do that specifically, make sure you say/do something from the first second to make them stop scrolling.

About the subtitles. To me, the best-looking ones are either black with a white background or white with a black background. It depends on the video but you might not need a background for the subtitles.

Good luck!
