First two centers have the most room for improvement. First off, do mostly wide moves instead of slice moves. We don't care about the edges and corners yet. It's ok to slice in the situation where you made the last yellow 1x3. (Also do more wide moves during edge pairing.) Secondly, learn more ways of putting centers together. At the start of the solve, there was a 1x3 in white, which you can use by solving two solo + centers to make another white line, then sliding in that 1x3. And on yellow, there was a 1x2 next to the yellow center that can be used by solving a solo + center while moving the 1x2 out of the way, rotating the yellow face, then putting the 1x2 back into a solved position. Something like U D' F' Lw D' Lw' Rw2 at the start of your solve would solve 2/3 of yellow. These sorts of tricks will also help with the rest of the centers.

The other place that stood out to me was last two centers. You did too many moves to solve that case.

Once you get more familiar with 5x5, those pauses will diminish a lot and you'll be solving it really fast.

I think I might start to do like every week try to get good at something, like how other people did, since now that I have school, I can't really learn algs or cube much, sooo, yea
I think this week I want to get my cross+1 planning better, I will write goals for this week and how I will practice, I think I will just try to do every day at least 12 solves were I plan cross+1, If you have any other ways to do this, please say how

I recommend inspecting as long as you need and doing it for every solve. once you get comfortable try to inspect faster

you can also just play around with a scramble for a couple minutes and try out different possibilities for cross+1. this will build up your pattern recognition abilities

Well that I mean to do, since I can't in under 15 seconds

Maybe

Ok, so the weeks will start from saturday and end still in saturday, I'm just starting it today, this is for 3x3, I will still practice skewb, but on there have like just 2 thing to practice where I can practice them in normal solves, also for anyone saying this is not my idea, I got it from many other people doing and * think is actually good way to practice

Week 1
This week I want to improve my planning abilites for cross+1, and I think I will do this by doing every day at least 12 solves where I force myself to plan it, so If you think that is around 9x solves, so more I want to do 100 solves this week where I plan cross+1 and see how fast can I get, but also how fast can I get my planning, maybe even sub 15 seconds😶

Goals for week 1:
-Do 100 solves where I planned cross+1
-Have at least a 90% succes in planning
-Be able to plan cross+1 in under 30/25 seconds
-Get a PB ao5 under 11 seconds
-Get a PB ao100 under 13.5 seconds

I did the 12 solves, and I got 2 wrong, so 10/12, I think is quite good for the first day

And now, what are these scrambles seriously, and I still didn't got a PB or a sub 10 solve

So this one which is crazy lucky but bad LL
