After opening my lingao clock, the pins frequently get caught in between the surrounding gears won't turn when I turn the corner gears. In other words, when I turn the puzzle, only the gears that I turn move. Please help.

Did you fully disassemble it? and if so, did you assemble it completely right? Also, it might help if you can provide a quick video if possible showing the issues.
It seems to me that something is not quite right inside of the Clock, but I am not positive, until I know more.
