What is WCA scramble orientation on a qiyi clock?

Yeah it doesn't matter which way you hold it.

I always do black in front, just to keep it consistent, but yeah, it really doesn't matter.

the thing that confuses me is that for clock the orientation doesn't matter, but for square-1 it does...

I think it’s just because orange and red pieces on the squan can get mixed up with each other, while clock’s faces are entirely separate from one another.

there aren't any tensions. unless you cut the springs or something but that's not necessary.

How tightly you screw on the casing does matter if you have one side tight then that affects the dial speed. I don't want to have uneven dial speeds.

oh, I messed with mine, I didn't notice anything tho. I guess I am just misinformation. :Misinformation face:

Yeah it's all good! I have 2 qiyi clocks one I messed with that has uneven dial speeds and a new one that came in today that is all even. I guess I am very sensitive on the feel

Mine are tightened as much as they can possibly be and my clock is if anything too fast.

I tightened mine all the way and it became un turnable. I found another solution to find even tensions thanks tho
