Can someone recommend an easier Z perm alg?

Is there a quicker algorithm for the Z perm that's still easy to pick up? My current alg is for it is M2 U’ M U2 M’ U’ M2 U M2 U’ M U2 M’ U’ M2 U’.

M2 U' M2 U' M' U2 M2 U2 M' U2

(make sure the edge you need to swap with the front face is on the LEFT!)

I've recently taken to a <U, F, R> alg:

 Twizzle link
R U R2' F' R U R U R' U2' R' F R U R U2' R'

It's less regrip and keeps AUF, which I find outweighs the nominal speed of other alternatives for me.

I personally use this one: M U' M2' U' M2' U' M U2' M2'. Some people do M' moves instead of M moves for this alg but for me, doing M instead of M' is faster and more consistent. The U moves could be U or U' depending on which hand you use to do M2 flicks. If you use your right hand to do M2 flicks then you would use U' and U2' and if you use your left hand, you would use U and U2 moves.

I think I've seen Anyu use the inverse of this for big cubes. (Or maybe it was a different RUF alg.)

My current alg is for it is M2 U’ M U2 M’ U’ M2 U M2 U’ M U2 M’ U’ M2 U’.
… That's just two U perms.

You can actually do the two U perms in a way that cancel a lot of moves:
(M2 U M U2 M' U M2) (M2 U' M' U2 M U' M2)
=
M2 U M U2 M2 U2 M U M2

Aren’t you & Brina like the only person to still use the rotation V Perm?
Which one? There several different valid V-perms that use a rotation. I actively use two different V-perms with a rotation depending on the AUF.
R' U R' d' R' F' R2 U' R' U R' F R F
L' U L' U' y' R F' R2 U' R' U R' F R
R' U R' d' x R' F R' F' R2 U' R' U R U x'

I also use this algorithm but replace it with M' moves, I can confirm that it is a very fast z perm
