In last week's weekly comp, I got my first 5BLD success! It was on the second scramble, and I got 16:58.01. Not very fast according to world-class people, but I'm just happy to have gotten a success after months of trying!

Old-Style MBLD WB

Solved 288 out of 300 attempted in 11 hours, 3 minutes and 44.27 seconds. Memorization was 9 hours, 24 minutes and 57.87 seconds.

Largest attempt ever by a 50 cube margin, and I beat WB by 50 points too totally did not expect that level of accuracy, given this is my first huge attempt with full floating (and like two-thirds of LTCT). I guess overall, the full floating might actually be helping my accuracy at this point, given how I have fewer algs I can mess up overall, and fewer things to possibly recall incorrectly.
