U' R U' R' D R (U2) R' D' R (U') R' U // a bit longer but might be more speed-optimal

Another alternative for FG is to setup to PM using an F2 move:
[F2 R: [R, U' L' U]]

btw, just finished my 3-style list (UBL/DF)
