All my globals and pb's and stuff are in my PB sheet, linked in my sig. I'm currently trying to learn blind, I can solve a cube with the old pochmann method, but i'm still learning how to trace pieces and stuff. I'm probably going to learn M2, because that's what everybody does. I will try to update this thread, more than my old one. I'm probably making an order from TC here soon, including an FTO, yuhu mega, a 6x6, and a MGC squan. I have a comp on November 16th, and i am competing in 3x3, 5x5, and Pyra. Cutoff for 5x5 is 2:30, and that's around my global. I'm hoping for sub 8 Pyra average, and PR average and possibly single for 3x3. And just to make cutoff for 5x5.

Yeah I got a random cheap non-magnetic skewb in a gift box, and it's terrible, and I haven't gotten a new one yet, but it's not terrible.
I got my first skewb one day after I learnt how to solve 3x3, my mom bought it for me, it was the carbonfiber one and I used it for half an year, I even got under 10 seconds, but then bought the gan, and dropped my times to 7 seconds

Got got some nice Pyra times

Sorry for long post lol

Today I was challenged by my father to get better at Pyra. I plan to learn full L4E this month, my goal is to get a 7.62 average or better in my comp in November.
Is L4E a good idea? I average sub-8 with intuitive, and also what are other good pyras I should get? I currently main the weilong.
I’m not an expert but L4E can get you pretty far as long as your Vs are solid, and from what I heard the Weilong is top tier.
Within the GEO3x3 doc tho there are some resources for hardware so you could check there.

I average sub 5 with intuitive with the Weilong, so it's enough. I would recommend experimenting with V solutions, fingertricks and doing tips at the same time. Then just practice.
