Sometimes they set up earlier, get there at 7:45 and they may be set up

Email the organisers or just come early, they won't stop you from doing 3BLD as long as you're there on time.

Don't worry. Just be there by 7:45. You can participate for 3BLD, and check-in after your 3BLD attempts finish.

get there early and know what group you're in beforehand (though that wont be necessary as the cumulative time limit is 25 mins last time i checked which will only allow for one group to fit the schedule)
